| on the over all length I am not sure what to put. I am putting together a 12 inch barrel on a spikes lower also I plan to use a suppressor with this gun the AAC 7.62-SDN-6. Do I include the over all length of the gun with the suppressor on it or with out. Also not sure which stock I know it will be the collapsible type from Magpul |

That's all you need to know. Use it. The only time you add the length of the suppressor is if you decide to permanently weld it onto the barrel. And the fractional differences between different makes/styles of collapsible uppers does not matter. Stacked tolerances can equal the difference. And no one's gonna come out and measure your SBR with a micrometer. Besides, what are they gonna do? Arrest you for registering it as 31.0" because in reality it's 30.75" or 31.30"? Even a New York City jury would throw that out in a flash, and LE would get a stern lecture from the judge for wasting the court's time. |
