So I'm in the process of filling out my first form 1 and I am 19 yrs old, on question 10d I should check yes for being under the age of 21, but it says give full details for any questions answered yes. Do I need to include a separate sheet of paper stating that I am 19 yrs old?

One other question I have is what size envelope do I need to use to send in my paper work to the ATF?

Okay, not a problem. There was another member on here who received his stamp and he wasn't 21 yet either. Your best bet though would be to download your trust to PDF. and submit everything via eFile, it will be a lot faster. Good Luck !

By law, you have to answer everything on the form truthfully and completely. So, if you're under 21, by all means say so. And since it says explain on a separate sheet of paper, by all means follow their instructions.

I sent mine in a full size envelope such that I didn't have to fold any of the paperwork. Not sure if it matters or not.

If he had a trust, he wouldn't be filling out section 10 (or 11-13) in the first place.  Those questions are not included when submitting an eForm 1.

Yes I am filing as an individual not a trust. So basically I just need to include a piece of paper saying I am 19 yrs old and i should be good to go?
