hey guys I just got back my form1 for a SBR in 29 days mailbox to mailbox,
best I can figure it took ATF 13 working days to approve it. Whoo!- Hoo!
Do I win anything

hmmm. I'm sitting at about 32 days right now. I keep running to the mailbox with hope.

They cashed my check Friday 11/17/2006 and it was approved 11/22/2006

I mailed a form 1 and a form 4 on 10-30-2006, got my form 4 back 11-20-2006
form 1 went to West Virginia and form 4 Chicago...

I am worried I will get it back denied. In the caliber section I listed out 5.56 mm, 22lr, 9mm, 7.62x39mm.

My check for my Form 1 still hasn't been cashed. I sent the damn thing to the Washington, D.C. address Nov. 7

I sent mine with a USPS MO so I have no idea when the funds cleared.However,I called the ATF today to check on the status for the first time and was told it was approved this morning.

Mailed it on the 27th of Oct and was approved today.That seems pretty quick to me.
