Anyone have any experience using the foaming bore cleaners (like Wipe Out, for example) on their cans?

I have used gunslicks version, on my 22 can that was sealed up.  It might have helped to get it apart, but it really did not clean anything as there was lots of scraping left to do once I got the core out.
