Picked up my new MASR two weeks ago from a local shop. Also snagged a few mags from Rat Workz while they were on sale .( 3 days from order to door step ) So sunday morning I make some time to run a few rounds tru her. After zeroing the optic I fired a little over 200rnds of Fed XM193 . Rifle worked perfectly nice tight groups no FTF or FTE . At this point I'm really liking this rifle So much so that after work today I decide I'll run a few more mags tru her . Well I get two shots off & FTE spent casing still in the chamber new round run up behind it . Long story short looks like I have a nice little chip in the extractor .

Looks normal.  The newer extractors have the cut in the middle.

ETA: This brings up an important point.  You should always disassemble, clean and lube your firearm before heading out the first time, and at regular intervals.  That way you become familiar with the constituent parts and will be able to see if anything is going sideways between firings.

what do you think the problem could be it will not eject a round ?

Did you clear the FTE and fire the rifle again? One FTE is not cause to think something is amiss with the weapon.  Could have been an underpowered load or something similar.

Yup I cycled it several times . just strips a new round & jams it into the back of the chambered round . Even loaded a single round into the mag chambers fine but won't eject .
