[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Fingerprint Card

I work for a Police Department (not a cop) and got my fingerprints yesterday for my 2nd SBR. Question is, I had them done on a blank card, not the one with the NFA address typed on it. Question is, will these still work or is there some crazy rule that they have to be done on their cards? Figured they're all the same save for the address, can I just pen the address on it and let it go? Thanks for the help'

I sent one in from my agency with no problems...with my agency address on it. Had a co-worker print me and sign off on it, and I filled in all the personal info.

We have the cards for ACJIS and AZ DPS and some blank ones. Used the blank just to be on the safe side. I'll send it in and see what happens. Thanks for the help.

I neatly penned in the ORI info onto the blank forms I had to be on the safe side.

Then I ordered the FP cards from ATF - came very quickly so I will use those going forward.

Don't forget to put your SS number on them.
