Is it going to be any trouble if I use the old fingerprint cards with the Washington DC address with my Form 1?  Or should I be using the new ones with the WV address.

I asked Mary at WV this question just last week. She said to use the new address so that the cards would get returned to them when the FBI is finished. Since all I had was cards with the old address she had me take white labels and cut them to fit in the proper location and write the correct address on them.

Hope this helps.

100% correct.  DO NOT cover anything except the ORI space.

ORI should be:

WVATF0800
ATF-NFA BRANCH
MARTINSBURG, WV

I don't know about for a form-1, but I recently had a form-4 approved and sent print cards that were done around a year ago.  This was an individual (not corporate) transfer and took about 23 days from check cashed to ATF approval.
