I got to shoot my M11 yesterday, suppressed and unsuppressed. Put around 300 round through it, what a fun little bullet hose! I only have one Zytel mag right now, so my forearm is still sore from loading the magazine, but it was worth it. I really cant wait for my Max 11 upper to be ready... As for the Bowers can, I was pretty impressed (had heard they were not that good). The M11 seems like a tough gun to suppress but the Bowers can did a pretty good job - the bolt action was a lot louder than the bullets firing with the can on it. As for the M11 itself, its kind of scary. The one I bought was originally made from a flat receiver and is engraved like a SBR. It has no safety, and if I put the selector switch on semi, it still fires full auto (pretty big suprise the first time as I was expecting a single shot and ended up dumping half the mag). The Zytel mag that came with it is a POS and needs to be filed down as it is tighter than a virgin on prom night. Looking forward to getting some Suomi mags from Lage (got the double feed Max 11 on order). Anyways, I am VERY happy with the gun, and its only gonna get better when the Lage stuff is ready. _________________ Remember kids, SALAD is NOT food...salad is what food EATS. |
