Choate. Carefully calculate length so as to have the correct length for your barrel. IMHO, is not too undesirable to have a small amount of the mag extension protruding ahead of the bbl. Serves to protect the muzzle and choke tubes (if any).
Make sure to replace the cheesy original follower with a hi-vis Choate follower designed for extended mag use. This'll spare you the nightmare of your extended spring being compressed too far, and over-riding the original follower, instantly locking up the piece, and necessitating a complete stripdown.
If the extension does not come with one, make sure to clamp the bbl and the extension together near the muzzle. Most clamps come with an integral sling swivel, and are made of steel. The best, IMHO, are the aluminum ones with provisions for attachment of flashlights, lasers, etc.. YMMV.
