Both eForm 1’s were created at the same time and I mailed in only a pair of self-printed fingerprint cards for both submissions in the same envelope. Oddly, they were approved exactly 2 weeks apart. I'm sitting at 81 days for three SBR form 1's and about 45 days on two others. Texas Trust - 1RP EFT 2026251XXXX - 2026289XXXX Update 2 approved at 85 days - 1 still sitting submitted at 85 days - 2 additional sitting around 45-50 days. |

This thread has VA people getting Form 1s appoved now in as little as 38 days(!) while the rest of us languish and approach 90 days. I mean, I get it, but I'll be contacting my US Senator promptly on day 90 next week if I don't have my remaining April 1st approvals. ATF forcing VA's problems onto the rest of us is pretty f-ing lame. |

81 days - Approved Form 1 through Silencershop, specifically so I could download my etf file. I have since filed a couple more Forms 1 without SS, using that etf. That was a few weeks later so I’m still waiting on those. Filed a Ruger PC Carbine SBR as an individual. |

| I've been waiting on my e-form 1 (w/ EFT file) since 4/14. It's starting to piss me off. I'm glad someone at ATF took pity on the folks in Virginia, but gawd damn. I'd like my shit to get approved at some point soon. I get it, nearly 3 months is a lot better than the year it took for my first SBR I built back in 2012, but considering my last SBS and SBR took like 2 weeks each to get approved last fall and now we're back to the long wait again? Fukin Federal bureaucrats. |

The last of my approvals came in today. 47 Form 1's since 1/1/2026, with a number of those as "just in case" given the pending ban. ATF is definitely still fast tracking those of us in VA despite saying they will continue to approve. I am guessing after 7/1 things get more complicated with the need to prove things were already possessed as scamburger AWs, and hence it is easier to push them through now. I do feel for those who have an added wait - I lived through the paper form, 12 month approvals where you basically forgot about it until it was back. eForm 1 Trust - 1 RP Submitted 4/24 Approved 6/30 eForm 1 Trust - 1 RP Submitted 5/28 Approved 6/30 eForm 1 Ind Submitted 6/7 Approved 6/25 eForm 1 Ind Submitted 6/7 Approved 6/29 The last two are early generation Masterpeice Arms guns (semi-automatic MAC-10 clones) that I had sitting in a safe, and remembered last minute and figured I would take a shot on getting approved before 7/1. The ATF examiner actually emailed me about the model numbers (which were not engraved on the guns). Then one was approved before I could reply, and the other approved after I replied saying there was no model number engraved. |

Seriously. The first time I ever recall the ATF leaning in to try to help gun owners and people are complaining.  And to keep it on topic... Form 1 SBR Trust Submitted: 3/26 DISAPPROVED: 6/10 Resubmitted: 6/10 * Approved: 6/12 * original reviewer agreed to fast track due to questionable disapproval (and me being in Virginia), so I resubmitted and emailed him the new control number. |

Form 1 individual filed on April 11, approved July 1. Another one filed on April 25, still pending. **Udate: April 25 form 1 was just approved on July 3, I do belive the inquiry from my congressman had helped speed it up, it would have been another 2 weeks based on current wait times (80 days or so). I had asked my congressman's staff for help, the wonderful folks there promptly sent ATF the inquiry, only to get a canned response email that it's taking longer since Jan 1 of 2026. |

| You and me both brother… I’ve also seen reports of submissions after the 14th being approved already. Part of me suspects the ATF focusing on the VA submissions has fucked up the queue and now it’s a crap shoot for what order the remaining submissions get looked at in. |
