EForm 1 Individual EFT prints Submitted 2-21-2026 Approved 4-26-2026 No conditions listed Approval email was received at 5:35am on a Sunday- very interesting. Are they working weekends? If so, they are in there early that's for sure. Or are some forms being approved by an automated system? |

SBS Form 1 Trust 1 RP Saiga 12 (#1) Submitted 4/4/2026 Approved 4/28/2026 SBS Form 1 Trust 1 RP Saige 12 (#2) Submitted 3/16/2026 Approved 4/24/2026 I have a number of other Form 1 SBRs submitted before and between these that are still pending. Odd they would prioritize the SBSs. |

eForms Form 1 SBR Trust 1 RP EFT prints Submitted 2/22 Approved 5/1 at 11:58 PM A few weeks after submitting, I noticed I was missing the DOB on the RP questionnaire, so I uploaded a corrected questionnaire. It worked. Waiting on 18 more submitted in March and April. Edit to add: This one had "Approved with Conditions" - they stated maker must mark firearm in accordance with XXXX. Perhaps because the pending rule change doing away with markings. |

2x Form 1 SBRs submitted 2/28/26 Trust, 1RP, EFTs, $0 paid Approved with standard engraving condition 5/5/26 My timeline was consistent with most of those submitted around the same time, just over 60 days. ETA: Went back 15 years on my Form 1s. None have had any conditions prior to these two. Most recent prior submission was late August 2025. |

Originally Posted By D_Man: They used to put that condition all the time if you didn't know to enter in the "additional description" box your name and city/state you planned to engrave. eForms doesn't really explain what you should enter there, but on the actual paper form it says to put that info there. |
