I’m embarrassed to even say it, but I’ve got an Intratec AB-10 (the ‘post ban’ TEC-9) that’s got a problem. Every few rounds through it the firing pin hits the primer in the cartridge but no bang. The primers have dents in them but very shallow. Weak firing pin spring? I can’t even find anything about the company on the Internet to order a new spring.

I’ve had it since ‘97 but have always stored it without dry firing it (spring has been under tension for 5 years). Is this a common problem with this POS? Any info/links would be appreciated.

a couple months ago, the last version of that Co. went under(they changed names many times). i suggested a group buy, but we only raised about 25$. it takes more like 50 for a Co. that makes such a fine weapon.
