i was at the Eastman show in ATL today and i saw what appeared to a DR-200 with a folding stock. when i glanced at the right side of the reciever it said "Kimber - Oregon USA" is this a new rifle? and is kimber now a source of daewoo parts?

Unfortunately no.  Kimber was the importer for the post-ban DR-200 for a while.  It's not a rifle new to the market.  Just a DR-200 with the fixed ACE skeleton stock on it.  It's a post-ban, so no folder.  No source for parts that I know of.
