I finished my D760 NV mount.  It uses a slightly modified ARMS mount.

There may be a Larue version later but at the time neither Larue nor ARMS wanted to help out so I had to use an off the shelf mount and ARMS was the best bet at this time.  Larue just didn't have anything that would work, but I'm still working on it.

Getting a throw lever to work you need to work around the mounting position of the scope tube, not as easy as it looks.

These may be offered through Vic at Tactical Night Vision Corporation in the very near future.

Very nice!  Are you able to elaborate on the mods, or is it top secret?  Would it be similarly applicable to a D-740?  I don't own either yet as I am my saving pennies for a PVS-22, so I am not particularly familiar with their mounts.

Thanks.

The ARMS mount is the #35QD.  There are small threaded inserts pressed into the under side of the mount to allow the QD rings to attach.  I press these out and counter sink the holes for the screws that are used to mount the ARMS to my new NV rail.

This rail will work with the D740 unless something on that scope changed.

The new NV mount also eliminates the off center mounting of the scope onto the rifle that the factory mount had.  The new mount centers the scope over the center line of the rifle.

Nothing has changed I will have a few of these from Randy in short order.
