Don't own one yet and I'm getting sick of carrying all my stuff to the range. Not looking for anything crazy just an inexpesnive vest to hold some mags. I have no idea what brands to look for could you guys help me out?

Anything from Ares Armor or SKD will be good kit.

The Ares Armor looks sexy, but more than i need haha. Maybe in the future. I think I'll pick up a 6-10 mag from SKD for now

If you just need something to carry your range stuff to the range, get a range bag.
I bet you could get a large Rubbermaid bin for a whole $10 at a department store.

If you want to have more magazines on you, put them in your pockets.

I'm going to need bigger pockets  Range bag is a good idea though. There was a guy on here who carried his mags in a cardboard drink holder from Sonic lol.

A chest rig for carrying stuff to the range is a little silly. They usually don't have places for staplers, spare earpro, targets etc.  I would second the range bag suggestion.  If yu want to carry extra mags on you while at the range etc then you look for a chest rig (that you would carry to the range in your range bag.)

My range bag
