It has happened to a handful of others as well.
Can I use those pics in my troubleshooting sticky thread?  

To tell you the truth, honestly I don't even know if that would effect function.

I think that happend to mine!  Several months ago I found that small piece on the floor in my office.. .this was a few days after I field stripped the gun and cleaned it.  I was thinking what the heck is that from.... and never thought about it again...

UNTIL I saw this post!!!!!

I wonder if the breech block can be replaced under warranty?

I see a developing need for a quality aftermarket breech block milled from billet and a new oversize barrel ala erikvdaa:





Even better would be a GSG product upgrade.  How about it, GSG?

Here is Ray's fast response...............

The piece that broke off is just for assembly location, rifle will function fine without it.  The breech block and the barrel are a matched set, you would have to buy the barrel breech block assembly.  The price of that assembly is $49.95 for the rifle.  If the rifle is malfunctioning, that is not the problem, more likely the ejector.  Please inform
