today while parked on the stool at the local gun shop a guy came in with a new rifle...It was a Rem 7600p......308Win pump action rifle with ghost ring sites...he had added a sling and a cheek rest and wanted a few x-tra mags...he said it was going to be a 4-wheeler gun...he had nick named it "Thumper"....
my thought was why the hell not...
A scope dont make ya a marksman....
I just added a 700 LTR to the stable but that little pump gun looked sweet....

Yes it is a handy little gun. I just bought a 7600 carbine, 18" barrel in 35 Remington. It was a special run for the hunting season. Short, light, feels just like a 870. MIKE.
