I know that Paraclete is a 'good name', and the price is right on that carrier (especially compared to their other stuff). How does this setup compare to an Eagle carrier combo? And if anyone knows what size plates it accepts, chime right in!

Check the threads out over at Lightfighter.com. Paraclete threads run a few years back with all the pros/cons of the setup. There are also a few good reviews regarding Eagles cummerbund set up. For the money most guys have given nothing but praise about Eagles setup.
