Build me the perfect IPSC 3 gun rifle that also would be the the perfect SHTF rifle. I only want to use the AR15 platform and cost is not a problem. Start at the muzzle and go all the way to the buttplate. Starlite/nightscope is not needed , but optics are a must.

Bushy with a flatop upper, Gov't profile 20" 1x9 barrel, mini ACOG 2x glass with the triangle reticle (on a flattop throw lever mount, not a carry handle), JP trigger and a carbon free-float tube. A BUIS would be advisable for SHTF use.
