Can anyone point me to a guide to identify the various SR25 / AR10 pattern magazines? I have a NIW mag that I'd like to know more about. I tried to get a picture of it, but the heavy plastic bag its sealed in is partially opaque and scuffed enough to make visibility difficult in person and impossible in pictures.
It has a metal body and FAL type base plate. I think the follower is plastic (again - hard to tell in the bag). If this is some uber-expensive KAC (or similar) mag I'll just sell it and buy a couple of PMAGs, but if its just a run-of-the-mill mag I'll use it. (Since I'm trying to determine the value I don't want to cut the bag to pull it out for pictures). |

If it's a waffle style mag (SR-25) it will work in KAC .308 rifles, DPMS .308 rifles, AR10A series rifles, and quite a few others. |

It's an AR pattern mag (I have several FAL's in addition to a Colt 901 and XCR-M). I just took pics of all sides of the mag.
Internet service isn't available at my house (using an iPhone now) so it'll be Monday before I can upload pics unless you want to IM your text number to me. |
