[ARCHIVED THREAD] - 9mm upper

I want to buy a 9mm upper for my AR but I'm not sure what kind to buy. I like the RRA but my buddy told me that if I got one of them I would have to change something in my lower, Is this true and if so what do I have to change? Also if I change it will I be able to use my normal upper or will I have to change it back

I know that Olympic arms make them also but I would like to get a Flat top and so far I have only found the RRA flat top

Olympic also offers flattop pistol caliber uppers.

My Oly .40 S&W rocks.

No receiver mods.

Call the folks at Oly. I'm sure they can get you a flattop.
