before all the crazyness I bought a 9mm upper with a 7in barrel, I had one in the past but it was the colt smg upper. anyway I'm looking to get the rof as high as possible while still avoiding bolt bounce, any suggestions?

Hot ammo and slightly shim the back of the buffer to shorten the stroke.

I put spacers in the receiver extention to shorten the bolt travel (about 6 or 7 quarters) and pulled the bolt weight out. It was about as fast as the mini Uzi I used to have and it ran pretty well. However, I am running a RDIAS and I probably wouldn't have tried pulling the weight if I had a RR.
