Hey Everybody, I'm thinking about getting a trust set up and sending in a Form 1 for a couple of lowers that I would like to convert to SBR.
If I get the Form 1 e-filed before the July cut-off for 41F, would I be GTG? Or...does the actual approval from the BATFE have to have gone through? Just wondering if I still have enough time to get this done... TIA |
