The key phrase is BIG GAME RIFLES.
You can pick for the world or your neighborhood; there are no wrong answers, just interesting ones.
We'll assume you've got the .22's and .44's and 12-ga. plinker/sidearm/shotgun stuff, so,

Currently, my choices are:

Autoloader - Remington 7400 Carbine in .30-06 Gov't.
Bolt-Action - Remington 700 BDL-DM in .338 Win.Mag.
Lever-Action - Marlin 1895 in .45-70 Gov't.

These 3 distinctly different actions/calibers/range effectiveness/power levels would do everything I can imagine for hunting game.

Autoloader- Browning BAR 7mm Mag
Bolt Action- Sig SHR 970 30-06
Lever Action- Marlin 450 Marlin Mag

Your choices may be WAY different than mine.
3 bolt-actions; 2 lever-actions and an autoloader, etc.
I just wanted to clarify that because I'm interested in YOUR 3 choices!

The key phrase is BIG GAME RIFLES.
This to me means 1000lb or more.

Rigby double rifle in 600 Nitro Express for tight shooting.
Wetherby bolt action in 460WM if plains shooting.

And the old standby, Remington 870 with 00 buck shot on my back for back up, Or a G-3 full auto if in Africa.
Remember the old saying, "Use enough Gun", And always look over your shoulder when field dressing your game. You never know what is trying to sneak up on you, or if you just happen to be something else's dinner.

No choice for the semi-auto or lever action.
Bolt 416 Rigby
Bolt 375 H&H Mag
Double gun 9.3x74R
These are the rifles that I take to Africa when I go hunting

Geez man, you guys are wimps... Try a .577 tyrannosaurus for starters...

Then for main hunting I go with a 50 cal Barret M82-A1...

auto Loader: Barret 50 BMG
Bolt action: Anything in .577 tyrannosaurus, and a ferret 50

Machine guns (to frag large amounts of elephants): Browning M2

Sako TRG-S: .375 H&H
AR10T: .308 Win.

Light rifle: Win M70 .300WM
Medium rifle: Win M70 .375H&H
Stopping rifle: Win M70 .458 Lott

So I can swap parts if anything breaks.

When it comes to huge firepower go with a bolt or a .50 Auto My choice for a bolt gun would be

Bolt 700 Sendero SF .338 RUM

I should have mine at the end of next month

Heavy rifle - 458 Win Mag (Would like to get a 460 Mag)
Medium Rifle - 375 HH Mag
Light Rifle - 338 Win Mag

That is what I took to Africa, 3 times...worked for me, hope it will in the future

Edited to add:
I would like them to be in nice Rigby or Purdy double rifle, but I will just have to stick with my bolt actions until I win the lottery

Ruger No1 .30-06
Ruger No1 .416 Rigby

No need for a 3rd, but since this is your thread I'll take a Holland & Holland double in .700 Nitro Express.

If you were to ask for the 1 rifle/cartridge for everything, I would go with a .375 H&H in anything you like.
