I have a 10/22 that I bought used about a year ago. I've owned one before and everything seems fine on this one compared to the one bought new. When shooting rapidly or one bullet at a time, every 3-5 rounds, a brass case gets stuck in the ejection port sideways and won't allow the action to close completely. The next bullet is loaded from the magazine, so when I clear the caught brass, the bullet is ejected as well. I've tried different ammo, and different magazines. I've tried light oil, i've tried being a little liberal with the oil. The one I had before never did this. I could empty a 10 round mag everytime. Any advice would be appreciated. |
