I'm considering a 10/22 Target or Tactical Target. What kind of accuracy could I expect from these models? I'm not really interested in building my own, just want something to play with.

I have the stainless target model purchased about 4 years ago. With a Bushnll Legend 5x15 shooting solid CCI mini mags off a bipod it will put rounds all day in 1.9" or less at 50 yards (quarter size@ 25)with 0 malfunctions. This is 100 round count group, not 5 or 10 shot. It is kinda picky on ammo and groups get wide with most other ammo, expecially with hollow points.

I have two 10/22T model rifles.

Both were purchased when they first came out.  One blue and one stainless.

At 25 yards shooting non-match ammo... both easily would put 10 rounds in a jagged one hole group that was EASILY covered by a dime!
