[ARCHIVED THREAD] - AAC Piston Question

Posted: 8/23/2017 7:46:29 PM EDT
I took my Tirant 9 apart for cleaning, and I had to replace the O-Rings.
On the 13.5 x 1 LH the are two internal spots for O-Rings, do I need two or just one?
If just one ring is needed which place is correct?
I'm running a Sig MK25

AAC O-Ring Guide
If I remember correctly the O-Ring goes down in the piston at the bottom of the threads to index on the muzzle of the host barrel.

Shoot me an e-mail and I'll send you a PDF of the piston shown in section revealing the proper o-ring placement.
