Ok i went to the trouble shooting section and looked at faqs b4 posting it said for vortex flash suppressors it link here. I recently got one, but it doesn't fit. At all.... It like basically whobbles on there. I mean my barrel is 1/2x28. Do they make vortex for heavy barrels in non 1/2x28s? Or did they mess up and send me a 7.62??

They make both a 7.62 and 5.56 version(an a bunch of other versions.).  The 7.62 version is a whole lot more expensive.  Something like $75.  If that's what you have, sell it and use the $25 for ammo or something.

Does your barrel have the step turned on it by the muzzle end? What kind of barrel is it? If you have a bull barrel or an operator barrel you nedd to have it modified to fit.

Well i am kinda confused. I mean mine looks nothing like the other's on their site (in any cal). I attempted to match it. I'll bring it to a gun shoppe and ask, i also would not be surpised if it was their 9mm. Makes it worse on the invoice it said "last in stock" AKA i couldn't find one so this will do (w/e they took)......

Heck if i know... I do know a old optima can went on it. The barrel is a pre ban bushmaster(same with the rest of the gun). The stamps are b mp 556 nato 1/9 h bar. I mean i basically can drop the vortex on it and will fit like a sword sheath that how loose it is. Do i just have wrong barrel???

okay, does it screw onto the threads on the barrel at all? If this is an Hbar barrel is there a step at the end of the barrel? Look at some pictures of a govt profile or M4 barrel and you will see a slight decrease in barrel diameter right behind the flash hider a few inches long, thats the step. Does your barrel have one? Most Hbars dont, at least I dont think they do. The Vortex needs that step to slip over in order for it to contact with the threads on the end of the barrel. Do you have a camera? Pics of the end of your barrel will help. If need be AR15barrels can modify the Vortex to fit most of these barrels that dont have the step.

I cranked these images down hope they aren't to alrge. Anyways here they are. The fh is so much larger that it just slides over the barrel's threaded part. The OD of the barrel is about 1/2. (Can't find my dial caliper and used a tape ^_^). Hope this helps you help me.

The barrel threads are correct.
The muzzle device that you have appears to be a clone of an OLD style Vortex.

Send it back to whoever sold it to you and buy a genuine SMITH VORTEX.

It will come with this card in the bag:

I have Smith Vortex G6 flash suppressors in stock for $50.
