A buddy of mine has a true test for plastic mags. His idea is 24hours in the deep freezer with a fully loaded P-mag, then droped on the concrete from an 8' ladder.
"I gave him a fresh 2nd gen P-mag!" Well see soon...

Cool...make sure it's loaded so we can see if the rounds pop out or not.

Nice.

Don't forget a second P-Mag for dropping while attached to a rifle.....and a third to leave loaded in the oven, heated to 150 deg.

+1, I'd imagine you will need to be well below zero to see much of any effect on the mag.
