Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - recommendations needed

1) I have a 16" barrel w/ a CAR gas system and a CAR buffer. Should I replace it with a heavier buffer? Is this really an issue as far as functionality and wear and tear or is the CAR buffer fine? I roll all my own ammo and rarely ever run anything hot.

2) I have a railed forend and a Magpul CTR stock on the rifle. Any suggestions on a good two point sling set-up?
