are the extractor springs from Bushmaster stronger than the regular full size rifle springs? Are they like extra power?   thanks

Since Bushmaster only lists one extractor spring for sale (part #8448755SP), I'd say that it is a safe assumption that it's just a standard spring.

Recent "Patrolmen's Carbine" arrival had a standard rifle extractor spring, with blue insert.
