What do you guys think for the 308

I starting to see some go for bout 70 cent, both of them and wanted to get a case or two

I'm not to sure which to go with
both are in the 149gr range

putting this out of a short bbl, 14.5, so I guess vel. is important

pmc Korean or something like that but it's 308

lake city is surplus
but it's nato, so sealed primers and all that yahoo stuff

Which tickles you guys more
I'd like to expect 2.5moa from this ammo especially out of a 1moa rifle

please resp. even with one word answers

ps
I do try to pick up my brass if that matters

PMC all day long. No crimped primers, can be reloaded to full powder charge (LC has smaller case capacity).

LC for me. I think the Fed xm80 has a little more

kick, and don't mind removing the crimp from

really good reloading brass.

PMC Bronze works very well in my M1A,

but the LC just seems a little bit better.

I have never been impressed with the precision of PMC ammo. For the same money I'd get the LC.

I have over 7K of 5.56, most of it PMC by choice prior to the "craze". It's good ammo, good brass, and at least equal to L.C. surplus.
I have 480 rnds of L.C. loaded with 55 grn s.p. bullets and it averages under 1.5" @ 100 from my AR's.
Both are good, L.C. brass is also good.
I doubt you could go wrong with either.
With such a short bbl. you won't miss anything in velocity from either brand i woudln't think.

If they are the same price, get the lake city.

IM sent.... and come to think of it, it is probably a price typo... as it is dirt cheap.
