Try dragging the picturefrom your host site into a new window in your browser and using the url from the new window.

Find a pic on the web, do a google search, whatever...
right click on it, select properties, it will show the address of the pic:

http://www.hunt101.com/img/049398.JPG

copy and paste the address after you type the
[ i m g ] paste web address here
then type [ / i m g ]

Like this:

you can't unless you have a constant continuous connection to the internet and have a web server runing on it plus a domain name, unless you use the IP address (one that will never change)

Does your internet provider let you make a web page that includes pictures?  Bellsouth does.

If yours does, set up a page and then upload your pics from your computer to your web page.  Drag the pic to a new window and use that url .
