I've noticed a few three gunners with a Trijicon RMR or Jpoint or some other such thing mounted at the back of the rail on an offset mount. Looks like it puts it at a 1-2 o'clock postion. I have a Mini-SASS with a 6-24 Monarch in a LaRue mount on it currently. What's the best mount & sight option? I saw Miculek with one on a video on Guntalk.tv.

Ordered the DD today, seemed like the smart money for my application. Next on the list is the sight, probably a Jpoint, but I'll take other advice, ideas, etc.

DD = WIN!
I have the RDP mount as well but much prefer the DD.

So a DD mount with a RDP-II on it is the combo. I see the Jpoint with a Matt Burkett mount sitting on the back of the receiver. That's where I'd like mine, anybody see any problems with that?

I was paged...  Here is our SAR unit that can be placed anywhere on a scope tube your mission dictates. We've been making them for lots of special folks for the last 2 years.  We make them in 1", 30mm and 34mm.  Along with slim line version as well. Hope this helps.
