Unless you have the original barrel, which might thu it's markings tell you who made the assy, there is absolutely no way to ID the maker of the upper. Cerro Forge has turned out raw forgings for every maker of ARs in the country at one time or another, so that mark is useless in determining who took that forging and made an upper out of it. And with over 6000 posts, I'm surprised you didn't know that. You must spend you time on site over on the General Discussion section.
