is this a good build?


brand new 5.56MM - M15 - Eagle Arms lower receiver The
lower is equiped with a standard fire control group and has a full butt
stock w/trap door... The new upper receiver is manufactured by LAR and has
the RAS numbered picitinny flat top rail along with the letter "M" stamped
onto the front of the rail right above the gas tube hole... The barrel is a
20" chrome-moly, non-chrome lined, 1/9 twist HBAR with the iron front sight,
bayonet lug and A2 style flash hider... It comes with the charging handle,
complete bolt/bolt carrier and removable "Cardinal Forge" carry handle

It depends on the price.  

For $1000, its not a good build.

For $500, it is a great build.

Sounds alright to me.

I bet it'd shoot pretty well.
