dremel tool. personally I would send it to ADCO and have them do it.

ADCO tells you you might as well just do it yourself with a dremel as that's exactly what they'll be doing.

Chainsaw sharpener followed by rod style rubber polisher.  

Been there, done that.

Takes much longer than it would seem. and any lip at all will catch rounds.

Is your M4 ramp cut upper receiver new?

I have the opposite, an M4 ramp barrel with a standard ramp upper receiver, both brand new.  If I understand it, you have an M4 ramp upper receiver with a standard ramp barrel?

There is no way I'm trading barrels, but if your upper receiver has M4 cuts and is brand new, pm me.
