Hey!
It's easier for these politicians to blame an inatimate object than to acknowledge the far more serious issues in this country! Washington, D.C. which has the most restrictive firearms laws in the country has just again been duly awarded the "Murder Capital of the United States"! I guess some people actually have to get hit by the Mack truck to know it hurts!

All these gun control folk that state all this horrible information about "Assault Rifles" don't even know the definition of an assault rifle. It may seem funny but most gun control folk think a rifle is an assault rifle or a "Evil" weapon if it is all black or covered in camo, like others said.
Folding or telescopic stock Pistol grip protruding conspicuously beneath the stock Bayonet mount Flash suppressor or threaded barrel Grenade launcher Seem to me like a bunch of little, whiny, school girls. IN ALMOST ALL CASES, CRIMINALS DO NOT ROB BANKS OR HOLD UP PEOPLE WITH AN AK. THEY ARE ABLE TO BUY THEIR GUNS ILLEGALLY WITH OR WITHOUT THE BAN. BAN HAS REDUCED CRIME SO LITTLE THAT IT IS USELESS. |

The whole thing is just stupid... basically, if it looks wicked the ignorant think it should be banned...
If it looks like a hunting rifle then, well... it's O.K.... they guess... for now... Same caliber, same action... it's all about emotion, not logic... they have no clue! Take a deer rifle and paint it camo and it's "oh my goodness, a sniper rifle! Well, we can't have that now can we?!"   |

What gets me is all of a sudden they are trying to get people to beleive that new weapons will be available to us when its been the same rifle all along the past 10 years,I doubt telestocks,flash hiders and bayonet lugs are gonna make them different.....they will see when the ban goes away that the sky is not falling...927
