i was wondering, is a stripped lower with full auto selector still be considered a ClassIII? I was told that it has to be a full lower to be considered ClassIII? But thinking that you can just buy a trigger group and plop em in there would negate rules? Is this true??? Thanks!

A stripped lower with an autosear hole drilled in it is a machinegun , A stripped AR15 lower with just a full auto selector in it  is still just a title 1 firearm.

Here is how ATF feels about full auto M16 parts in an AR15:

"We advise any person who possesses an AR15 rifle not to possess M16
fire control components (trigger, hammer, disconnector, selector,
and bolt carrier). "

Note this text specifically mentions the full auto M16 selector.

Its still a machine gun by virtue of being a M16, it doesn't matter if it is semi only

There is a myth that you can have a "stripped" M16 reciever with the 3 holes drilled, and it is ok so long as you do not build it up.
This myth is quite pervasive, and I have heard many people tell me this.
It just ain't so joe.

Please son, go back to watching the porn you enjoy so much.  Even your screen name is silly---and that's before you asked your foolish question.

And why do I suspect you're somewhere betweem 15 and 17 years old?
