can someone measure theirs and tell me the length and diameter....i need to find a replacement at fastenal as mine went flying

I don't know the exact dimensions... but, when I was in the ARMY, in a pinch I would use a spring off a retractable ball point pen. It was a little narrow but the same length.

fastenal part number 0166629 control number 120021036 is basically a match. Its a little thin but is MUCH stronger than a pen spring so i have faith in it. 79 cents each
