| You know I looked at those and they are expensive! However they are basically the same thing that I use in the OR I work in for various types of surgery. I have used an old one of those that I found on eBay to look down my rifle and wasn't impressed. The view you get is very small and unless you have a lot of experience sort of difficult to use. The ideal setup would be the whole surgical setup with a video camera at the top of the scope showing what your looking at on a monitor, but that would cost thousands. I do still use one on occasion, it is a 90 degree scope, I'm sure a 70 degree would work as well. In my mind it's nice to have on occasion but really is more trouble then it's worth. Especially for how much they want for them. If you still want one, keep an eye out for old cystology scopes, that would be your best bet. |
