is it that bad? or fragile? why is it that no one in this thread uses an Aimpoint LRP (lever release picattiny) for their Micro T-1?
everybody prefers larue or Bobro? Is it priced higher? or will i just be well served by the factory T-1 mount that needs to be loctited on and is not QD, than to use a QD mount that is not made by Larue or Bobro?

Is there one now that has the proper height(s) for and AR?  Last one I saw was no rise at all, built right into the base height of the T1

You can attach it on the supplied spacer

I use an LRP with my CompM4.  I think I got it on sale a few years ago.  It works fine - gives me a perfect 1/3 co-witness with the factory riser, and holds onto the rail nice and tight.  The lever is pretty huge, but when closed, it doesn't stick out or catch on anything, unlike that ridiculously huge thumb screw on the QRP2.

i use the LRP and have been pleased with it.

that being said, i would like to eventually upgrade to a Larue or ADM mount (based on reputation).

Thanks for your inputs. As much as i would like to use a LaRue LT660, most of the time its not available from where i am. At least i know i have a good alternative with the LRP by aimpoint
