| Hello. I am fairly ACOG illiterate. Why do so many people like them? Which is the best out of the TA31 and the TA11? Why are they so expensive? How high is it from the flat top mount to the center bore of an ACOG? I ask because I am thinking of mounting an ACOG on top of an ARMS SIR. Which reticle do you prefer and why? I was looking at the TA11F ACOG. Really need your help with this. Thank you in advance. |

The ACOG is just about the best of all worlds. Rugged, great optics, not heavy, easy to adjust contols, and when on the SIRm, it is right at the best ht. vs, the original one inch higher if up in the carry handle, and not too low like off the receiver. Good shootin, Jack |
