Who makes the nicest, best quality 80% forging/castings?  I understand some have the pivot hinge holed already drilled which enable you to "register" all other holes from that fixed point.   Also, who makes the best drill jig??

many companies have good 80% products
I recommend NOC,  hicapmagparts.com , or Tannery
all three of these companies are operated by good people.

For forged lowers:

Rick at www.ktordnance.com
Justin at www.cncgunsmithing.com
William at www.tanneryshop.com

For cast lowers:
William at www.tanneryshop.com

For jigs:
Justin at www.cncgunsmithing.com makes a nice one.

I won't deal with NOC or Hicapmagparts for a number of reasons.

Also, noticed that the Tannery Shop is going to start renting drill jigs again. I believe he rents out the OSI made drill jig.
