I want a "dissipator" no-ban flat top upper with a chrome-lined barrel.  Bushmaster.com wants $535 with bolt and carrier and that's more than I can spend.  Is there a retailer or board sponsor that carries Bushmaster products at better prices?

I could build you one and have it with a target crown, depending on standard sights or National Match sights would be an option.

Also do you want chrome lined or standard?

5.56 Nato chamber or 5.56 Remington?

I've never seen a dealer list the dissipator, but I'm sure some can beat Bushmasters list price. I would just check Bushmasters list of dealers and call/email around till you fins one available.
