I'm looking for a quality brand that is compatible with standard m16 family parts. Example, I want to be able to slap a Magpul M93a stock on the unit. Plus have the ability to install aftermarket pistol grips.
I'm looking for weight savings without harming the durability or reliability of the weapon.
The one from Calvary Arms is out of the question since you're stuck with the butt stock and pistol grip.
I'd like to drop a pound off of the rifle, so when adding other accessories to it, it won't add up to be a boat anchor.

Vulcan and Bushmaster.  Id go with Bushmaster.  They dont sell them seperate.

Hmmm, I looked at both and I don't see either of those happening for me. I want an A3 upper, not that layout that both offer.
I guess I'll stick with LMT.
