Can't find a distributor or industry parter, other than Bushmaster, who has these in stock right now.  Yes, I know I waited to long, but I just dropped all of my gun cash on the m4gery and didn't have enought left over for accessories at the time.

Does anybody have any in stock for a reasonable price, including spring and such?

Haven't you checked the EE? I ordered one from EagleArms last week and got it promptly for what it's worth.

When I called Bushmaster they said they would sell me one for $500,000.  That seemed a bit high, so I asked about stripped lower receivers. They said they could give me one at the special rate of $500,000 . That was also a bit too high for me, so I asked about hand guards. The only ones they had cost $500,000 !! They probably asked me thirty or fourty times if I planned on using the rifle parts in a sniper rampage.  Kinda touchy now for some reason.

Maybe. I ordered earlier also but the site says just because it shows in stock does not mean they have it. Guess it does not come off there inventory till pulled for shipment.

I also ordered some of the new Tapco ones last week and they said they were in stock but I checked and they never shipped my order. Now they are listed as out of stock.

You think $60 for a decent stock is expensive?
Link Posted: 9/12/2004 7:39:14 PM EDT
[#18]
You're right, it is not expensive.  I have seen so many stocks that sell for $40-$50 that are 4-6 position like those TAPCO sells that the $60 RR seems high in price, but when you factor in the known quality of merchandise (I have no idea on the quality of the cheaper stocks) one really cannot complain about the $60 price tag at all.
