Best I've been able to get is 3moa.

I've talked to the guys at 68Forums and they indicate a different powder (I've been using H322) and if I load them out to 2.29 instead of 2.26 they will do better.

Problem is I don't want to stock another powder just for 'plinking' ammo when H322 works great for my 110gr VMAXes and 90gr TNTs, nor do I wish to make my 'plinking' loads require the use of the more expensive PRI Magazines.  I'll keep the PRIs for VMAX and 130gr use, the C-Products are for everything else.

The alternative plinking bullet is the 90gr TNT.  It's more accurate, available in bulk, and not much more than the FMJ.  I wish I had learned that out prior to purchasing a few thousand of the FMJs.

ETA: My load is 28.0gr H322 with large primer brass (usually CCI large rifle primers).  This load I found duplicated exactly the Remmington FMJ factory load (just a hair over 2400fps from a 16" barrel with a SAMMI chamber).  Using small primered brass would help with the variation and allow for higher pressure (more MV) but I reserve the 'good' brass for my 'good' loads.

Yeah it's fine for plinking or training to 50 yards.  Technically it's 'good' to 550 yards (about 100yards beyond what the 7.62x39 123gr FMJ flat base can do).  But if I'm shooting that far I have FAR better (more accurate) 6.8 loads I can use that don't cost that much more to load.

I haven't tried H335, though it's been recommended.

I have tried WCC844, which is like H335 but I just couldn't get enough velocity.  With 29.0gr I only got 2265fps from a 16" using large primered brass; so I never bothered to try real H335.
