Even though I ordered the upper 1-1/2 months ago and the lower two weeks later and my compact ACOG 3 days ago, they all came yesterday.  Before I take this BAD BOY to the range tommorow, I just wanted to know what RR coats thier products with incase I need to remove and replace it with anything?

The chrome line M4 barrel and chamber will be hit with CLP and wiped dry.  As for the internals, should I let the RR coating stay or replace it with CLP?

Any other sage words of advice other than "have fun"?

Answered my own question.  Called RR and talked to Robert.  He told me they ship their weapons with G-96 coated on/in them.  "Shoot away" he said.

Dang, my RR looks good!
