I have this Pre ban Bushy laying around and was wondering what accessories (A.R.M.S. ETC) that I could use to "PIMP" it up?
Should I change the Upper to a Flat Top?
Or should I just leave it alone?
What Ya Think?

Would it Be better if I put this Whole Upper Receiver on it?

an M4 flat top upper so that it actually has the ballistic capability to do more than poke a .22 cal hole beyond 50 yards...and then you'll be on your way to adding all the cool stuff.

Pimping it up would start with a sirs or ras system so you could add all the extras on it. A scope would have the most immediate effect.

I was thinking about leaving the short barrel and flash suppressor and putting on a Flat Top Receiver with the ARMS S.I.R. 45 ??
Do you think this would "Pimp" It up any ? [banana]

I would get a flat top upper with a 14.5" or 16" M4 barrel, with either a Phantom or Vortex FS.  Then maybe the Magpull stock, or at least the new style 6 position stock, a hogue Pistol grip.

Then an ARMS #40 BUIS + a ARMS SIR, (of your choice) Or If thats too much $ at least get M4 handguards.  To top it all off an ACOG or Aimpoint, with the mount of your choice.

Oh and if you go with the SIR you need a Surefire M900.

I like it just the way it is. I don't think I'd do a thing to that bad boy just yet.

I have to agree with the guys that say leave it as is.  I've been wanting to build one exactly like yours and as soon as the ban expires (fingers crossed) I'm going to.

If you want to Pimp it out, you need to completely disassemble the rifle. Then send every possible part, including any accessories, for chrome/gold plating. When the parts come back, reassemble your pimp gat.

However, if your going for the military/tactical or the tactical pimp look, additional steps may be necessary.

Whatever you do, dont put a SIR on an HBAR unless you are looking for an LMG. That stuff gets heavy fast.

Leave it like it is! That thing is uber-cool right now.

What do you want to use it for?

If I was you, I would do this:

- 16" flattop upper with M4 contour barrel + phantom flash suppressor (or vortex, whichever)

- SIR 50 Bi-level with ARMS 40 back up sight

- Eotech 552 up front

- Trijicon 4x32 of some sort on top of the receiver (switch between scopes depending upon your daily mood)

- ARMS forward grip

- a magpull or VLOTR stock

- Knight's two-stage trigger
